In this patient, who had developed cheek bone asymmetry due to trauma to the right cheek and orbital region, and the orbital floor bone was also damaged, a two-piece custom cheek prosthesis was designed and fabricated for ease of placement.

The design and fabrication of this prosthesis was based on the mirror-imaged healthy contralateral bone. This approach helps achieve highly accurate symmetrization.
