Farin Roshan Teb Company provides a comprehensive range of digital surgery services in the field of maxillofacial surgery. These include 3D analysis for orthognathic surgeries with soft tissue prediction, design and manufacture of intermediate and final splints, design and manufacture of various customized prostheses and implants for the head and face region, design and manufacture of subperiosteal implants, design and manufacture of customized plates, design and manufacture of surgical guides for implants, and offering navigation systems in surgeries along with screws and plates for maxillofacial surgery and GBR kits.

The prostheses manufactured by Farin Roshan Teb Company are made from two materials: titanium, which is known for its high strength and compatibility with bone tissue while being lightweight, and PEEK (polyether ether ketone), which, despite its high strength, is much lighter than titanium. Additionally, due to its radiolucent properties, PEEK does not interfere with radiographic imaging, ensuring accurate patient examinations.

The cost of the prostheses varies based on their dimensions, complexity, and the number of components. Prices are calculated and announced after the treatment plan is approved by the surgeon and before the design and manufacturing process begins.

  1. The patient is referred to the company by the surgeon.
  2. After reviewing the patient’s documents, such as radiographs, CT scans, and intraoral scans, and ensuring all mentioned items are complete, the design and manufacturing process begins in coordination with the surgeon.
  3. The final product is sterilized and sent for use.

Farin Roshan Teb Company offers digital surgery services to maxillofacial, plastic, ENT, and neurosurgeons. Pre-surgery consultations for patients are the responsibility of the surgeons themselves. However, the company can introduce approved surgeons for examination and consultation upon request.

To start, you should consult a specialist. Since many surgeons across the country collaborate with Farin Roshan Teb, the company can recommend approved surgeons and specialists based on your needs and requests.

Given that Farin Roshan Teb’s responsibility is to design, analyze, and manufacture prostheses based on the surgeon’s request and approval, the company is not responsible for any issues that may arise post-surgery. All responsibilities lie with the surgeon. However, if needed and requested by the surgeon for consultation or to remake the prosthesis, the company will support the patients and will redesign and manufacture the prosthesis at significantly lower costs.
